These delicious and easy-to-make garlic parmesan potato wedges are the perfect gluten-free side dish for any meal. High in potassium, a good source of vitamin C, low in fat, and loaded with fibre, these wedges made from Potato Guys potatoes are easy to prepare and only require a few ingredients.
Ingredients
4 Potato Guys Potatoes, cut into wedges
2 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, cheese, thyme, salt and pepper. Transfer to a lightly oiled baking sheet. Place in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes until crispy, tossing occasionally.
Remove from oven, serve and enjoy!
