INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb Markies Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Oil,
  • 1/2 tsp Seasoning, Italian
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tbsp Asiago Cheese, Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Chives, raw

DIRECTIONS

1Preheat oven to 450°F.
2Cut potatoes into wedges and transfer to a medium mixing bowl.
3Add canola oil, Italian seasoning, and salt to potatoes — stir.
4Pour potatoes onto a baking sheet and bake for 18 minutes.
5Remove potatoes from the oven and loosen potatoes from the bottom using a spatula.
6Sprinkle cheese over the top and return to the oven for 2 minutes.
7Remove from oven and serve with Greek yogurt — sprinkle fresh chives over the top.
